needs. We specify 40 lb. weight, heavier than the usual 20 lb. and 24 lb. papers
enclosed, but lighter than card-like covers that bulk up files and add to postage.

2. Send sample or printed copy and include: a. name;

code; e. telephone numbers and email, optional.
3. Choose GOTHIC, ROMAN, CHELTENHAM or
ARIAL type. To
accommodate long names, we reserve the right to substitute a condensed

Consider these imprinting options--

Name printed on flap on top bound styles: $6.00-up to 4 lines.
·
Assorted colors or stock--$4.50 each change.
·
Blind scoring on top bound styles, $5.75/first 100; $3.40 each add'l 100.
·
3-hole punching on report style covers--$8.50 per 100.
·
Cutting charges--$6.85-up to 999; 1,000 and up no charge.
