Blazer 3.0 now, more flexible and powerful
A full forms management system.
Improved management of over 250 Blumberg forms. With Acrobat Reader, manage pdf's
downloaded from the web--static or fillable. With Adobe Acrobat 5+, convert your own
Word or WordPerfect forms to pdf's, then manage them in Blazer 3.0 .
Print, edit, and reuse the Blumberg forms; downloaded
Official Forms (pdf's); and user created forms in this
central forms repository. There are no print charges for
downloaded pdf's and user created forms!
New unlimited use intranet for volume users. Also available
as a standalone, single user or an intranet multi-user license on
a peer-to-peer or dedicated server network.
Security: Client data resides on your computer, not on the Blazer 3.0 Online
Server. Counts can be kept on your computer/server or securely maintained on
the Blumberg server so they will not be lost if your computer/server
malfunctions.
Eliminates redundant data entry:

Log of all forms completed. Customized log search makes it easy to find
prior forms. Data in the fields of the forms is retained for use of the form
in another matter.

Drop-down menu of templates. Save part or fully completed Blumberg,
downloaded pdf's and user-created forms as templates. Use them later to
reduce data entry. Ideal for saving captions, attorney's name and address,
common fields in leases for several apartments, etc. Retrieve forms by title,
number, or date range. The template may be used by everyone in the office,
or limited to the user that created it.
Immediate downloads of new and revised forms. As soon as forms are available at
Blumberg Forms Online, they can be downloaded from our website to Blazer 3.0.
New control features enhance flexibility in networks and peer-to-peer systems:

The Administrator sets the username and password for the additional users.
·
The Administrator can view any form and the purchase history. The other
users can only view and work on their own forms.
·
The Blazer 3.0 Server manages the downloading of new and revised forms
and the counts, and prevents the loss of counts due to computer or hard
drive malfunctions. Counts may be managed on the administrator's server,
however, they can not be restored after computer or hard drive
malfunctions.
·
To work on more computers simultaneously, purchase a 5-user or
unlimited-user version.
Full e-mail functionality.
Addendum pages may be added to any form.
Form search by number or keyword.
