Professional Associations and Corporations

State professional corporation (P.C.) and association (P.A.) laws dovetail with
business corporation laws. The basic business corporation kit (pages 5-9)
is the appropriate choice. We will automatically substitute an association share
certificate ($27.50 extra) for a corporation share certificate and leave the word
"corporate" off the P.A. seal. If you wish to have additional language printed on
your certificate, please choose a standard clause (page 7) or submit the text and
see the prices for 50- and 100-word clauses (see page 11). A blank state set of
professional by-laws is available (Cat. No. 5162, $6.50). If you buy your kit
with printed minutes and by-laws, order a set of 5162 and substitute the
professional by-laws for the business by-laws.
