Our comprehensive search report tells if your mark or a similar mark (word or name) is already registered or is awaiting registration. In addition, our research can help determine whether other businesses are using a similar unregistered trademark. Comprehensive Trademark Search $395

Trademark Application
We will review the finished trademark search report with you so that you can make an informed decision about applying for registration of the mark. If you and your client decide to apply for trademark registration, we can assist you from start to finish. Federal Trademark Registration $675 (Includes one class)
