6" x 9" Mailing Envelopes

Avoid delay and surcharges for routine First Class Mail over 1/4" thick

Save postage on 3 ounce documents. Avoid returned mail.
USPS rules add cost to each mailing more than 1/4" thick or in a standard envelope larger than 6" x 9".

Many multi-page documents when folded to a #10 envelope incur a surcharge because they are more than ¼" thick. If you don’t include the surcharge your mail could be returned and delayed. If you mail the document without folding, in a 9"x 12" envelope, you jump out of the thickness surcharge frying pan into the first class large envelope fire of added postage. With our 6"x 9" envelopes you can fold the document once and pay only first class letter postage, saving the thickness surcharge or the extra postage for large envelopes.
