For $49.95 per month, Law Firm Technical Care supports a law firm with three hours a month of secure remote installation, diagnostic and repair services for servers, desktop computers, laptops, networking devices, printers, PDAs and other hardware. Software support includes installation, set-up, configuration and troubleshooting of operating systems, MS Office, Adobe®, Quicken® and other widely used software programs.
Law Office Technical Care offers backup, storage and recovery of up to 5GB of data. Once the user configures the free backup software, backup and file compression are automatic over the internet using secure 128-bit SSL Encryption or a 256-bit AES Encryption Key, the same type used by the U.S military.
The service’s Keylogging Defense System™ encrypts every keystroke at the keyboard level and then reroutes those encrypted keystrokes directly to the browser. This prevents keyloggers from stealing keystrokes as users navigate the internet guarding against hackers getting access to private information, passwords and PINs. The keylogger defense system turns on automatically when the user opens a browser allowing for secure use of online legal applications and browsing of confidential information.
