Software Return Policy We
are pleased to provide you with a guarantee of satisfaction backed
by our software manufacturers. They require field evaluation of
their programs and will accept returns only if the reason for the
return accompanies it.We also rely upon the profession’s respect for copyrights, patents and proprietary rights. A statement that no copies have been retained must accompany all returns. Software Guarantee and Disclaimer If software is not satisfactory, return it within 30 days of purchase for credit or refund less shipping charges and a 10% restocking charge (minimum $10)*. Up to three software products may be purchased within a 30-day period under this guarantee. Software will be accepted for return only if in saleable condition, accompanied by a copy of our invoice and a signed Statement for Return giving the reason for the return and representing that no copies have been retained. Network software, additional stations or modules, Blazer, Blankrupter, Networth Statement and Certified Mail Pro if registered, not returnable. Multi-state, complete sets and multi-user versions of DL Document Assembly software are final sale and not returnable. Software trade-ins will not be returned. *No restocking charges on single DL Libraries
