Software
Return Policy
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the software, return it as noted
herein. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase for full refund less
shipping charges and a 10% restocking charge ($10 minimum). No more than three
software products purchased within a 30-day period may be returned. Software
will be accepted for return only if in saleable condition, accompanied by a copy
of our invoice and a signed statement giving the reason for the return and certifying
that no copies have been retained. Network software and software for which demo
disks are available are not returnable. Blazer, Amicus Attorney , PCLaw, Abacus,
Timeslips and Blankrupter are returnable only if they have not been registered.

Blumberg Excelsior, disclaims all warranties, express or implied, concerning
the software programs or any other products featured in this publication. BlumbergExcelsior
specifically disclaims any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose. In no event will BlumbergExcelsior accept liability for any damage,
including consequential, indirect, or special lost profits, arising out of the
use or inability to use any software programs or other products. As noted, BlumbergExcelsior
damages will be limited exclusively to product replacement or refund of purchase
price. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above
exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights
and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
