Postal Regulations
Avoid returns for insufficient postage!
New USPS 1/4" thickness restrictions for 1st class
mail make larger 6" x
9" envelopes more attractive. Instead of folding contents
twice which causes papers to bulk up, consider folding once
or mailing flat using 6" x
9", Kraft or White Wove envelopes.
The most attractive size for postage saving if the
thicknes of the mailing is less than 1/4". The
savings are so great that it pays to throw out larger
envelopes if the enclosure can be folded to under 1/4".
