Document Assembly Software for Employment Agreements
DL Drafting Library covers many areas of employment.
Creates drafts of Employment Agreements for a wide variety of jobs such as executives,
managers and salespeople. Select various provisions dealing with the term of
employment, compensation and fringe benefits, duties of the employee, health
and safety concerns, family and sick leave, vacations and holidays, extension
of employment, resolution of disputes, rights on termination, etc.
DL text editing feature: run the library without entering specifics such as the names of the parties. Pick the most frequently used answers. You will see blocks of the proposed text. Revise the DL language and create a "template" that preserves your language by saving your answers. Record the number of the Index A file that contains them. Later, when you want to create an Employment Agreement for a client, choose that Index File. Item No. 4929

“Can I use DL Libraries on a Mac?”
DL is a Windows program. To use DL on a Mac you need to enable the Mac to run the Microsoft Windows operating system. You can do so using software packages such as Parallels Desktop, Microsoft Virtual PC or VMware Fusion (and, of course, you'll need a licensed copy of Microsoft Windows). Parallels Desktop is popular. Even without one of these packages you can install Windows on a Mac using Boot Camp which comes on all Macs. Once you have installed Windows on your Mac, you can install DL in the Windows section of the Mac. Instead of purchasing Parallels Desktop and Windows, a lot of attorneys just purchase a PC to run DL and other Windows programs.
