The Statutory Powers of Attorney Bill amending Chapter 644, Laws of 2008, was signed on August 13, 2010. It is effective on September 12, 2010, 30 days after signature. Current forms signed prior to 9/12/10 will be valid after 9/12/10. A reading of §31 of the Bill (A8392C) suggests that new forms may be signed prior to 9/12/10, but cannot be acted upon until 9/12/10.

The forms list below includes revised Powers of Attorney forms, related forms and a new form (40), a non-statutory commercial power of attorney for business, finance and real estate transactions prepared by Donovan & Giannuzzi, LLP.
