BlumbergExcelsior often donates corporate kits, legal forms and other legal supplies to law schools for instructional purposes.
Return Policy & Limited Warranty
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from BlumbergExcelsior.
Products may be returned within 30 days for exchange, credit or refund with
the following limitations:
• Original shipping charges are not refunded
• Custom products may be returned only if at variance with the approved
proof or sample
• Software covered by separate return
policy
• Restocking charges may apply.
If the Corporate Services division makes an error, it will redo the work at no charge.
To return a product, call Customer Service for a return authorization. If we
are at fault, we will issue a UPS call tag at our expense. Otherwise, please
return the product, at your expense, to the location authorized by customer
service.
Returns must be received by BlumbergExcelsior in saleable condition at the
location authorized. Returns to the wrong location may incur additional charges.
BlumbergExcelsior disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, concerning the products and services on this site. BlumbergExcelsior specifically disclaims any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will BlumbergExcelsior accept liability for any damages, including consequential, indirect, or special lost profit, arising out of the use or inability to use any products. BlumbergExcelsior's damages will be limited exclusively to product replacement or refund of purchase price. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
In accordance with Customs of the Printing Trade, we reserve the right to deliver, and charge or credit, 10% overs or unders, on any made-to-order or customized product.

Payments By Check
We use the CHAX® system to prepare a negotiable CHAX check that is treated
like an original check by the banking system. Your order will be entered without
delay. Prepare, sign and date a check in the usual way.
Faxing a check is an authorization to charge your bank account as per the faxed
check. Fax a copy of the check with your order to 917 243-9298. Keep
the original check for later reconciliation.
