New York LLC Publication
New York State law requires limited liability companies and LP's to publish notice of formation in two newspapers for six weeks and to file a Certificate of Publication after the LLC or LP has been published. We can arrange to publish your New York LLC or LP and file the Certificate of Publication.You may order Blumberg's New York LLC or LP Publication Service before you checkout.
If you order the LLC Publication Service, your cost at checkout will increase by $100 (initial payment). Blumberg will notify you separately of the total cost, which varies by county.
B-CORPS – A Benefit Corporation
The new NY business benefit corporate entity (called B-Corps) is authorized by Article 17 of the Business Corporation Law. Blumberg can help you form a B-Corp. What Does “Publish Your LLC in New York” Mean?
Publication refers to publication of notice that an LLC was formed and filed with the NYS Dept. of State.
