Arizona LLC and Corporation Publication Service
Within sixty days after the Arizona Corporation Commission approves an LLC or corporation filing, you must publish the Articles of Organization in a newspaper of general circulation in the county of the known place of business in Arizona, for three consecutive publications. The Limited Liability Company or Corporation may be subject to dissolution if it fails to publish.*
The newspaper fee to publish varies by county. After your corporation or LLC is formed, we will arrange for publication. Our $65 fee to arrange publication is included in the price at checkout. The newspaper fee is NOT included. If you have a house account, the newspaper cost will be billed to your account; if you paid by credit card, the newspaper cost will be charged to your card.
