Blumberg Entity Tracker Software Manages Corporate Records
NEW YORK, NY – January 23, 2012 – BlumbergExcelsior, Inc. has introduced Blumberg Entity Tracker (BET), a software program that turns the administrative tasks of corporate and LLC records management into scheduled, routine tasks.
The Program creates a central storehouse of information about each entity to be used for many applications. It enables easy document preparation, storage and retrieval of important business information.
The extensive forms library includes organizational minutes and bylaws, operating agreements, corporation and LLC resolutions, organization, annual and special minutes, LLC management contract, share subscriptions, proxy, notices and waivers, new client intake fact sheet, and entity data summary form. It manages and records documents created within the program, documents created in Word and pdf’s of official forms. Forms in the program library and users’ Word forms can be auto-filled from the database.
BET’s time-saving features for managing corporate records include an automated share ledger to track share ownership and to print new certificates. Blumberg Entity Tracker sets reminders for key corporate events such as annual meetings and filing deadlines to ensure notices and documents are prepared and sent on time.
The program integrates with the calendar and email in Outlook. It also contains Customer Representation Service (letters, questionnaires, etc.) for clients to provide annual updates to the BET database and automate the creation of the annual minutes. BET keeps attorneys in touch with their clients and uncovers clients’ needs for additional legal services, making it an excellent marketing too.
