Message to Customers Regarding the Corona Crisis
We are here to help will your supply and service needs
Our headquarters are now open with a reduced staff as required by New York's Phase 2. Part of our staff continues to work remotely.
So far, we have managed to maintain shipping times. However, some customers have experienced delays receiving their orders via UPS, FEDEX and USPS. Overall, it is best to allow extra time during this period. If you have deadlines to meet, you may want to arrange for expedited service.
TWO IMPORTANT NOTICES:
Please use credit cards or your charge accounts, if you have one.
If you pay by check, your order may be delayed due to the difficulty of processing our mail during this time.
To avoid delays and extra charges, please advise us of any temporary changes in delivery, telephone and email addresses. UPS has announced that if a package cannot be delivered, they will hold the package for 14 days and then return it to us.
Rest assured that we will do all we can to meet your product and service needs and will keep you informed about changes in their availability.
Thank you for your business, and good luck to you, your staffs and your families during these trying times.
