We are working hard to continue serving you during this crisis. As we try to maintain operations, we are following government mandates and the guidance of experts. Our headquarters are closed, per the NYS mandate, but most our staff continues to work remotely.
Shipping times for products are subject to availability of staff and inventory. Allow extra time when placing orders.

If you pay by check, your order may be delayed due to the difficulty of processing our mail during this time.
To avoid delays and extra charges, please advise us of any temporary changes in delivery, telephone and email addresses. UPS has announced that if a package cannot be delivered, they will hold the package for 14 days and then return it to us.
