Minutes and By-Laws
Printed forms for the organization meetings, by-laws, medical/dental reimbursement plan, S 1244 plan, annual and succeeding minutes and worksheets to simplify completion. Orders for corporations formed in CA, CT, DE, FL, IL, MI, MO, NJ, NY, PA and TX receive specific state sets. Others receive a blank state set based on the Model Business Corporation Act. Only $4.50 when ordered with a corporate outfit Cat. No. that includes the printed minutes and by-laws. Ordered separately, $6.50.
