Printed forms for the organization meetings, by-laws, medical/dental reimbursement
plan, S 1244 plan, annual and succeeding minutes and worksheets to simplify
completion. Orders for corporations formed in CA, CT, DE,
FL, IL, MI, MO, NJ, NY, PA and TX receive specific state sets. Others receive
a blank state set based on the Model Business Corporation Act. Only $4.50 when
ordered with a corporate outfit Cat. No. that includes the printed minutes
and by-laws. Ordered separately, $6.50. Model LLC Operating Agreements only

BlumbergExcelsior share certificates can be completed
on your computer with our SharePrinter TEMPLATE. SharePrinter
TEMPLATE fills in the name of the shareholder, the number
of shares in the certificate box numerically and the form
in writing. The same information is also printed on the stub.
It also dates the certificate and stub automatically (may
be overridden). The corporate, LLC or LP name, state of incorporation
and authorized shares are imprinted when we manufacture the
share certificates. It works only with single class certificates
supplied with our corporation, LLC and LP outfits. TO USE THE TEMPLATE ORDER
LOOSE CERTIFICATES.
